Garrett Park Ranked First In Division J 2022

MCSL has just released their Preliminary Division Rankings for the 2022 season. The new rankings for next year have Garrett Park ranked first in Division J. This will have been Garrett Park's 3rd season competing in Division J. However, a difference between this year and past years is that Garrett Park is ranked first. This comes after the team got 6th in Division J last year, and 4th this year. 

Not Only The Rankings, But Reachforthewall.org Shows GP Winning Their Meets Next Year

ReachForTheWall.Org has a feature that enables you to run virtual swim meets using the last times swum from that team. Although never entirely reliable, it gives you a pretty good idea of what to expect in a meet. Reach For The Wall shows Garrett Park beating all of the other teams in the division.

Awards Night in The Dog Park, A Swim Team First

Last night, the swim team held their awards banquet in the dog park. That is because they had to leave the pool when thunder was heard. The awards ceremony was therefore unusually quick. The banquet was held unlike previous years, outdoors and without food due to the pandemic.

 WJ Virtual Graduation Took Place Today At 9AM Wilson Faucette - Garrett Park Estates, MD - 5.4.2021 - 13:12 Photo: WJ Virtual Graduation  Walter Johnson High School Graduation Walter Johnson High School had their graduation ceremony this morning at 9:00 AM. They had an in-person ceremony at Walter Johnson High School's Stadium, streamed on the regular Montgomery County Local TV Channels and online. They also put together a virtual graduation commencement video which can be viewed on youtube .  According to the Montgomery County Public Schools Graduation Schedule , the speaker at the graduation today was social studies teacher Mr. Delello.  The Walter Johnson Principal posted images and videos from the graduation on the @WJPrincipal Twitter account . In the pictures below, you will be able to see different angles of the building from different days. There are portable offices set up.
