Thunderstorms Likely, Flash Flood Watch

According to the National Weather Service, severe thunderstorms are likely in the mid-atlantic region today.  For North Bethesda, there are scattered showers and severe thunderstorms in the forecast. 

There is a flash flood watch in effect for Montgomery County from 3:00 PM this afternoon until 10:00 PM. Across the area, the average rainfall is expected to be .5 inches, but up to 2-4 in some areas. NoBe Glow will update this article later with the current information.
