GPST News: Time Trials Complete (Not From This Time Trials) Photo: Garrett Park Swim Team What is Time Trials? Every year, Garrett Park Swim Team(GPST) has a time trials meet. This meet is not swum against any other team, and is rather a fairly laid back way for swimmers to get times in a meet-like environment. It gives swimmers an extra chance to try to make an A-Meet, or to see where they are. Time Trials is held at the beginning of the season. First Meet of 2021, A Success This is not only the swim team's first meet of the year. This is Coach Drew Fisher's first meet with the team. His first season with the team was last year, but no meets were held last year. So, Coach Drew's first meet with Garrett Park, and the team's first meet in almost 2 years was a success. There were no major problems with the meet, and results are already up on Swimtopia.
