Air & Space Museum in DC to Open July 30, New US Airline Breeze

National Air & Space Museum DC Reopening
The National Air & Space Museum's Udvar-Hazy Center has been open for some time. Today, The Smithsonian Museum announced that the DC center will be opening to the public on Friday, July 30, 2021, after being closed due to the pandemic. They will be open Thursday through Monday, but closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. There will be COVID protocols in place including the requirement of timed entry passes. Timed entry passes are free and reservations will be available starting on July 23. Face coverings and six feet of physical distancing is required for vaccinated and unvaccinated visitors.
Some parts of the DC museum will not be available due to ongoing renovations. The museum encourages you to check their website to learn what is on display at the museum.
